In a press note, National President Ajit Pawar, National Working President Praful Patel, National General Secretaries Sunil Tatkare, Brijmohan Shrivastava, S.R. Kohli, Jalaluddin Advocate, K.K. Sharma, M.A. Kutty, Subodh Mohite Patil, Ex-MP, Treasurer and Ex-MP Y.P. Trivedi, State General Secretary Shivaji Rao Garje and Maharashtra office bearers have appreciated the voters of Maharashtra and other states for their enthusiastic participation in the fourth phase of electoral process. National Chief Spokesperson Brijmohan Shrivastava said that responsibility towards democracy strengthens the fabric of our society and paves the way for a bright future for all the citizens of the country.
On this occasion, the NCP also praised the Election Commission of India and the election machinery of the states and said that due to their careful planning and implementation, smooth voting has been possible at polling stations across the country. The tireless efforts of the election machinery have ensured that every voter has got the opportunity to cast his vote freely and fairly.
On this occasion, the Chief National Spokesperson also thanked all the security personnel who have worked hard to maintain law and order. These efforts have ensured the safety of voters and election officials. He said that the unwavering commitment of our security forces towards duty is commendable and it has played an important role in maintaining the integrity of the electoral process.
Brijmohan Shrivastava further said that today, when we consider the peaceful conduct of elections, it means that we strengthen our collective commitment towards democracy and its values. It is the responsibility of every political party to work with its party members for a peaceful democratic process that will strengthen the nation and make democracy stronger.
