Sunil Tatkare | No Competition For Narendra Modi, Fight Against Faceless Opposition
Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) State President and candidate for Raigad Lok Sabha Constituency MP Sunil Tatkare said the elections will be of Narendra Modi against a faceless opposition without any competition. “The fight is not limited to Sunil Tatkare versus Anant Geete, it is Maha Vikas Aghadi vs Mahayuti, it is NDA vs INDIA, Narendra Modi vs faceless opposition,” he said, while speaking at a Mahayuti coalition public meeting held at Ambivali in Pen on Monday.
Tatkare said the so-called INDI Alliance is deliberately causing confusion in the minds of people by creating a rift between the minority communities regarding changes in the Constitution. “Some people are committed a grave sin by questioning the intentions of someone who decided to celebrate the Constitution Day. Polluting the social atmosphere on religious grounds is being done Anant Geete,” he added.
Tatkare stated that they decided to join the NDA so that they can remain in power for the wider interest of Bahujans. “While PM Modi is taking quantum leaps in India’s progress, Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis are rapidly developing Maharashtra,” he said.
Tatkare also claimed that Mahayuti will bag all the seats contested in the two phases elections that recently got concluded in Maharashtra.
“Love for Modi has seeped into the hearts of people at the grassroots level in terms of schemes. Farmers are directly getting Rs 12,000 in their banks — Rs 6,000 each from centre and state government. Namo Nari initiative is underway for individual women beneficiaries. A subsidy of 35% is provided for women while taking a loan of Rs 50 lakh. Water reached to farmers’ houses directly through taps is yet another important decision taken by the Centre. All the development works are heading towards progress,” Tatkare said.
