Sunil Tatkare | Will work for people without getting carried away by success
Mangaon | NCP State President MP Sunil Tatkare appealed to people to stay grounded and humble and continue working for people without getting carried away by success. He expressed creating a foundation for the Raigad constituency and thanked the people for working hard to win the elections.
“Opposition succeeded in instilling negativity in public minds despite us refuting any claims of changing the Constitution of India. We fell short somewhere. Some elements went against Mahayuti,” Tatkare admitted.
Sunil Tatkare said this was the first Lok Sabha election that created a rift in the society. “Mahayuti is following the ideals and principles of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj who established Hindu Swarajya along with the Atharapgarh castes. We are working in Maharashtra accordingly. I am surprised that people were not convinced by the fact despite furnishing proof that Anant Geete criticised a particular community,” he added.
Tatkare said he is not an NCP MP but will work as Mahayuti MP. He also claimed that sympathy would come only once. He explained that we shall continue working keeping development in mind. Tatkare gave his word that even though he received fewer votes, he would give a lead of 35,000 votes to Bharat Gogawale.
“We succeeded in keeping Konkan stronghold intact. We shall study the reason behind the decrease in the percentage of votes and analyse them. We will also take along those who did not support and cooperate with them to win all six assembly seats in Raigad in the upcoming elections,” Tatkare said.
MLA Bharat Gogawle, while thanking people, said, “There may be ups and downs in politics but society is never governed by politics. I thank people for showing that the whole society has accepted Sunil Tatkare in Raigad. We don’t let the common man suffer. It is a matter of research as to how a person who did not do anything for the public is getting leads. Forget about what happened and resume working. We all have begun working. I have never harmed the society and will never do.”
Among others, Shiv Sena District Chief Pramod Ghosalkar, Mangaon Nationalist Congress Taluk President Subhash Kekane, Shiv Sena Mahila Aghadi District Chief Nilima Ghosalkar, BJP District Yuva Morcha President Nilesh Jore, and Raju Sable along with office bearers and workers of Mahayuti in large numbers were present on the occasion.
