Ajit Pawar | Elections are a test for party workers, and no one should get carried away by the victory or be disheartened by defeat. Addressing a party meeting today, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) National President Ajit Pawar appealed to the workers to focus their attention on the upcoming assembly elections and also said that the ground level cadre is the backbone of the party and they should be preserved and strengthened.
An important meeting of the state-level leaders and office bearers of the NCP was held at Garware Club House with great enthusiasm.
Ajit Pawar boosted the morale of the present leaders and activists. He emphasized the need for strengthening the party organization as we approach the upcoming assembly elections.
Ajit Pawar added that on the occasion of the 25th Foundation Day of the Nationalist Congress Party on June 10, various programs will be organized in each district.
“The best decisions for minority communities were taken during the Mahayuti government’s tenure. The ideologies of Shivaji, Phule, Shahu, and Ambedkar are the core of our party, and we will not deviate from these ideologies, even if it means paying a hefty price for it,” said Ajit Pawar.
National General Secretary Praful Patel said that the upcoming assembly elections are very crucial for the party and urged the party workers to start preparing for them.
Praful Patel further added that under the leadership of Ajit Pawar the Nationalist Congress Party aims to regain its national party status and also expand its presence across the country.
“The unprecedented decision we all took under the leadership of Ajit Pawar will be a 100% supported by the people of Maharashtra,”state president Sunil Tatkare expressed this confidence.
During the Lok Sabha elections campaign, it was observed that level of discourse in Maharashtra has gone down. However, Sunil Tatkare mentioned that during their campaign, neither the leaders nor the party workers of the Nationalist Congress Party crossed the line while commenting on any subject or speaking at public rallies. Tatkare said that the legacy of the late Yashwantrao Chavan’s thoughts as our true heritage and we are very proud of it. We will never compromise on those ideals.
Tatkare said that the upcoming assembly elections require a focused approach, and now is the time for us to strengthen our organizational bonds. He expressed confidence that that under the campaign ‘One Focus: Assembly Constituency,’ everyone will be motivated to work diligently, ensuring the expected success.
Before the monsoon session, departmental meetings will be held at the district level. Sunil Tatkare added that the 25th Foundation Day on June 10th will be celebrated with great enthusiasm.
Senior leader and Minister of Food and Civil Supplies, Chhagan Bhujbal addressed the party cadre and said that they should focus on preparing for the upcoming assembly elections and emphasize on strengthening the party’s organizational structure.
In the Nationalist Congress Party meeting held on Monday at the Mumbai’s Garware Hall, saw the presence of senior leaders including National President and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, National General Secretary and MP Praful Patel, State President Sunil Tatkare, senior leader and Minister of Food and Civil Supplies Chhagan Bhujbal among others.
