Apple will soon launch two new models of iPad Air and iPad Pro with OLED display?

Tech company Apple is planning to launch new versions of iPad Air and iPad Pro in 2024. TF Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo gave this information in his blog post. It was claimed by them that Apple is preparing to launch a new 12.9-inch iPad Air model for the first time along with its regular 10.9-inch model. Both versions will have the new M3 chip set and an OLED display.

According to information, Apple may also launch two new iPad Pro models. These will come with OLED displays and Apple may launch this new model in the first and second quarter of 2024. Both these Pro models may also feature Apple’s new M3 chip set, which should offer better display quality and better battery backup. Pro models can have screens larger than 13 inches.

Kuo estimates that Apple could ship 60 to 80 million iPad Pro models in 2024. The reason behind this is the increased cost of OLED screens. Along with this, the iPad Pro model can compete with the 12.9-inch iPad Air model. According to Kuo, Apple Air models with 10.9-inch display and 12.9-inch display could be launched in the first quarter of 2024.

Both these models will have Liquid Retina display. Its performance may be the best among iPads so far. Along with these two models, the new iPad mini and the 11th generation of iPad could also be launched next year. All these iPads can offer C-type. This would mean that the 9th generation iPads would be the last ones to feature a Lightning port.
