Sunil Tatkare | Vicious Hatred being Spread to create Confusion Among Minorities through WhatsApp

Sunil Tatkare | Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) State President and candidate for Raigad Lok Sabha Constituency MP Sunil Tatkare said vicious hatred is being spread among minorities through WhatsApp to create confusion among them regarding PM Narendra Modi. After he lifted Article 370, Jammu and Kashmir saw progress and infrastructural development. Tatkare was speaking at the Mahayuti public meeting in Guhagar city on Sunday.

Tatkare said he narrowly missed winning the 2014 elections due to the Modi wave but never left his people. “People remained loyal to me which resulted in me getting elected in 2019,” he said.

There was a problem related to neglected groups in the constituency. During my stint as Guardian Minister, I discussed with then CM Vilasrao Deshmukh and resolved the issue. Many Kunbi leaders fought for the clans to strengthen the cause and solve the problem. I had but a small role to play in that,” Tatkare stated.

Tatkare said Congress never celebrated Constitution Day to respect Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar. “Congress ruled India for 65 years but did not celebrate the day in honour of the Constitution given to us by Dr Ambedkar. Narendra Modi did it,” he said.

“While looking for multiple minority schemes, the NDA government had come to my constituency and it also included Mandangad taluka. Many development plans became possible in Mandangad due to that,” Tatkare said.

Tatkare added that the CRZ law which the people of Guhagar were worried about has been changed and assured that their issue will be resolved.

Former Minister Ramdas Kadam expressed the belief that Anant Geete would lose his deposit against Tatkare. “Geete only lives for himself but Tatkare lives and works for others, which is why we are with him.”
