In this sub-committee meeting, it was decided that the National Capital Region and Delhi Government can take the decision to conduct classes from class VI to XI through online mode instead of physical attendance. Also, the decision to instruct 50 percent of the employees in public, municipal and private offices to work from home was also given to the concerned government.

The decision regarding allowing the employees in central government offices to work from home was also entrusted to the hands of the Centre. Under the Tiered Response Action Plan implemented in the National Capital Region including Delhi, trucks carrying essential goods, working for essential services, CNG and electric trucks will not be allowed to enter Delhi. The rule will also apply to light vehicles, except electric, CNG and BS-IV diesel vehicles registered outside Delhi.
